Description

Nurse Family Partnership at Care Ring in Charlotte provides a home visiting "personal nurse" for low-income, first time moms who live in Mecklenburg County. Clients are enrolled during pregnancy and nurse provides a variety of support through child's 2nd birthday. Nurses use in-person (not during COVID) and telehealth visits. Pregnant women may self-refer.
