Health + Wellness Coaching for Working Moms with Mind Body Baby
Join Integrative Health Coach, Nurse, and Mom of 3, Christina Dunbar for a 6-week group wellness coaching program. Together we will explore mindfulness exercises, self-driven wellness goals, and practical action planning with motivation and support.

About The Event
This is for you if:
You’re looking for support in your wellness when going back to work post maternity leave
You want to manage stress as you balance work + motherhood
You’re a working mom looking to make a change in your health habits.
This is a group series.
This will be a small, confidential group where participants get a moment to refresh/reset and focus on wellness each week. Group is capped at 8 participants to ensure a meaningful experience.
(OPTIONAL: Each participant will also be offered a 1:1 30-minute health + wellness consultation on September 6th or 13th between 5-7pm)
