Upcoming Pregnancy and Postpartum Support Groups in NC
One of our primary focuses is to help take care of primary caregivers, so they can be all they need for their baby and thrive through challenges such as postpartum depression, anxiety, feeding, sleep and more.
This page lists all the free groups and events MBB offers, as well as, occasional specialty donation based offerings. Several general groups are a safe space to create friendships, learn and find support for your perinatal journey. Additionally, there are groups for specific needs or problems.
You can also find additional free or fee-based classes and groups throughout the community on our Community Calendar​.
