One of our primary focuses is to help take care of primary caregivers, so they can be all they need for their baby and thrive through challenges such as postpartum depression, anxiety, feeding, sleep and more.

This page lists all the free groups and events MBB offers, as well as, occasional specialty donation based offerings. Several general groups are a safe space to create friendships, learn and find support for your perinatal journey. Additionally, there are groups for specific needs or problems.

    Local prenatal & postpartum practitioners (who are also mammas) want to create a regular nurturing, knowledgeable and judgement-free community for you. Our goal is to meet outdoors to safe community.

    Close to 30% of birthing women will experience some sort of trauma through the experience. What that trauma looks like and feels can vary greatly. Mothers deserve the space to process and heal from the experience for themselves and for their family. This is a safe place to start.

    We've partnered with the PJ Library of the Jewish Federation to provide another safe space to meet other mom, find support & knowledge. We are meeting in the Library of the JCC building, masks are highly encouraged but not required. Option to join virtually as well.
