About The Event

This is for you if:

You’re looking for support in your wellness when going back to work post maternity leave

-OR-

You want to manage stress as you balance work + motherhood

-OR-

You’re a working mom looking to make a change in your health habits.

This is a group series. 

This will be a small, confidential group where participants get a moment to refresh/reset and focus on wellness each week. Group is capped at 8 participants to ensure a meaningful experience.

(OPTIONAL: Each participant will also be offered a 1:1 30-minute health + wellness consultation on September 6th or 13th between 5-7pm)

This is a donation based offering. If the base donation creates a financial burden, please reach out to Cynthia @ village@mindbodybabync.org to options to particpate.
