Virtual 4th Trimester Planning

Join us virtually on the 4th Thursday of the month to learn about all the things no one talks about as you prepare for the first 3 months postpartum – the 4th trimester. This group is hosted by Galia Lapidot-Boaz with Mamale Postpartum Doula Services of Charlotte and Casey Jones of Carolina Family and Maternal Counseling, and together they will prepare you for this season of change as you balance the needs of your newborn, yourself as a new parent, and your growing family. This group is open to pregnant and expectant people, as well as partners.
