Description
We provide postpartum support and education class series for moms with newborn up to toddlerhood. Each series is 8 weeks long and moms meet in cohorts in the brick and mortar studio once a week for 90minutes. We have certified visiting experts that come and lead topics based on New Mom School curriculum. Experts include Pelvic PT, Sleep consultant, MFT, Parent coach etc.
