I am a physical therapist with a passion for women's health. I provide individualized treatment plans for patients across the adult lifespan from urinary leakage with physical activity, post-partum pain with intercourse, diastasis recti from physical activity or pregnancy, and even patients 90 years old wanting to improve their bladder control for reduced trips out of bed at night, just to name a few!

Treatment consists of education, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, biofeedback as needed, PEMF as needed, manual intervention, and a home exercise program for the patient to follow until they return for their next visit.
