I provide individual and couples counseling to assist all types of families to address perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, infertility, pregnancy loss, marital strain, parenting, career stress, trauma, and grief. I have extensive experience aiding people with various ways to create a family including adoption, surrogacy, IVF, and single motherhood by choice. Together we will challenge outdated values and beliefs, identify negative thought patterns and behaviors, learn skills to promote positive and effective ways of thinking and confront and overcome fears.
