I am dedicated to working with women and their families to help achieve a successful pregnancy, transition into parenthood and beyond. The well being of the parents is so important during this phase of life and there is no such thing as too much support. I work with couple on pre-planning and navigating the post baby world. I also work individually with women who are working towards pregnancy, currently pregnant and new mommas. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health and believe that we can all feel well and accomplished as parents with support and encouragement. Being a new parent is hard work and the more we can prepare and support each other the easier it can be.
