While I work with clients from all backgrounds, I have a passion for working with women. I support many of my female clients during their transition into motherhood, focusing on issues such as infertility, birth trauma, loss of sense of self and the postpartum period. I utilize a blend of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Interpersonal therapy and others to provide my clients with a safe and comfortable environment where they can feel heard and accepted. I provide an atmosphere where women can process through aspects of their birth and motherhood that may be impacting their current emotional well-being.
