I provide manual therapy for prenatal and postpartum clients to help resolve pain and dysfunction. I view the body as a whole and have made it my mission to understand the unique challenges and connections inside the perinatal and post-surgical space. I look at all aspects of the body: the organs, musculoskeletal system, the lymphatic system and the nervous system. Problems don’t happen in isolation. Problems happen across all systems even though we may experience in one specific place. So, it takes a multi-systems approach to solve pain and dysfunction in the body. My therapy is mindful and not painful. Much of my clinical experience comes from working with women’s health professionals who specialize in visceral manipulation, DRA and pelvic pain.
